There is so much going on around us when it comes to fitness. It’s ok to feel a little lost sometimes, not knowing why to do it, if it is for you, how to start, how to stick to the schedule and how to make you the best version of yourself.

Similar is the story of our five friends

23 year old Siddharth has just graduated and gotten into his first job. For the first time he is living on his own, earning his own bread and butter. He doesn’t really care about what he eats and when. Night time brings him parties, drinks and smokes. According to him, “I’m young and am living my life to the fullest!”

Radha is a new mom who just loves food! She may be overweight but she is proud of herself and is passionate about what she eats. Being careful with her diet during her pregnancy, she now eats whatever she wants. She is busy taking care of her baby and has no time at all for fitness. She’s planning to go back to work as soon as her child turns 2 years old.

Next up is Mr. Ajay Malhotra. He is a 38 year old sales executive and is employed in a very competitive work environment. His job includes constantly traveling and living out of hotels with no fixed schedule to eat or sleep. Sadly, he can’t spend much time for his kids and family and is under a lot of stress at both the workplace and at home.

To Rahul, his kids are his world. He is a 46 year old divorcee with two children. Rahul has wanted to join the gym for a while now, but who can think about themselves when they have 2 kids to look after? He thinks he has plenty of time to join the gym and worry about fitness, but for now, he devotes all his time to his kids.

A 57 year old retiree, Kusum wants to enjoy her retirement life. She’s been working hard all her life and now that she’s retired, she just wants to sit back and relax. She has a sweet tooth and suffers from diabetes. But nonetheless she has planned a great 1 week holiday with her husband to Kerala. According to her “What am I going to do becoming fit at this age? I am too old for all that and want to relax”.

So these are the five strangers you are going to read about.

They are all at the point of complete ignorance and disregard to your health.

Seeming carefree and content with yourself, thinking everything is going to be fine.
